Can I cancel my enrollment in iQualifier?

You can cancel anytime you want - but we'll hate to see you go. Simply call our customer service department at 877-224-8040 and provide your requested end date. We're not able to provide pro-rated refunds of your current month's paid enrollment, or for past charges that were not disputed at the time of delivery.

Will using iQualifier hurt my credit score?

No, credit scores only take into consideration inquiries initiated by the consumer that involve an application, such as for mortgage loans, credit cards and auto loans

Other types of inquiries, called "soft pulls," do not affect credit scores. These include the following requests: by you for your credit report, by lenders using credit information for "pre-approved" credit offers, by lenders using credit information for account review purposes (as opposed to loan requests), and by employers for use in employment decisions.

What is the refund policy if my credit report transaction fails?

If our system fails to pull your credit report and create an analysis, you will be fully refunded; all charges will be credited back to your account. If for some reason your account is not credited, please contact us at 877-224-8040.

Can I get a free copy of my TransUnion Credit Report from the iQualifier website?

You can get a free copy of your credit report if you have a promotional or registration code from your mortgage lender.
